Shipping Policies
It is our goal to serve you in the most personal and prompt manner possible. Please understand that many of our products are made in small batches and a week or slightly more may be needed to fill your order. Most orders, however, ship within 5 business days. All orders are shipped United States Postal Service First Class. If you need fast and furious shipment of a particular product, please call or email us.

Please Note: We cannot ship to PO Box addresses. Please request shipping only to a valid terrestrial street address.


Online Payment Options
Our online processing is handled by PayPal.  If you do not have a PayPal account, click here to sign up for free. PayPal allows you to send and recieve payments on thousands of websites around the world.

PayPal & Credit Card Customers
If you have a PayPal account, simply navigate our site, add the items you wish to buy to the shopping cart, then click on the "View Cart" button found on each page. You will be asked to login to your PayPal account and your order will be processed as usual!

If you don't have a PayPal account, don't worry!! Follow the same steps as above, only click on "I wish to pay with a credit card" when asked.

Non-Paypal Customers
If you don't want to use Paypal or a credit card, use the following steps to print out a couple of forms that will allow us to fill your order without a credit card:

  1. Navigate our site and  add the items you wish to buy to the Shopping Cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" buttons found under each item.
  2. When you've added all the items you wish to buy, click the "View Cart" button found at the left of each page.
  3.  Verify that the items and quantities you wish to purchase  are in the shopping cart.
  4. Print out the Shopping Cart. To print out the Shopping Cart,  press Ctrl-P. This will bring up your printing dialog box (you may need to press "Ok"). Then, hopefully, your printer works and will then print out a page with your ordered items and their amounts.
  5. After the Shopping Cart has finished printing, click the "Checkout" in the Shopping Cart window.
  6. Print out this page also using Ctrl-P. Very Important Note: We need a printed copy of the Shopping Cart and the Checkout screen in order to complete your order. The Shopping Cart page contains the items and quantities that you want. The Checkout page contains your total order and shipping amount.
  7. Add up the "Amount" and "Shipping & Handling" amounts found on the Checkout screen and make your check or money order out for the added up amount.  Note: Money orders are preferred. Personal checks require a 10-business-day bank clearing period.
  8. Write your name, phone number (including area code),  and shipping address on the printed Shopping Cart.
  9. Mail 1) the printed Shopping Cart with your name and address clearly printed on the page, 2) the printed Checkout page, 3) and a check or money order for the "Amount" plus the "Shipping & Handling" amount found on the Checkout page to:

Refund Policy

We are sorry but we are unable to give refunds for products for any other reason than damage during transit.

Damaged items may be exchanged when returned within 3 business days when the merchandise is returned in the original box and packaging. Please enclose a letter explaining the reason for the return. Otherwise, we cannot  replace the product. We will then replace your order with the exact same products as originally ordered by you.
 
Wholesale Customers
Wholesale orders are welcome for qualifying businesses. Please contact us for bulk pricing information. A copy of your company tax registration number is required.
